Rum is at a strength of 40% alcohol by volume and made with – well-aged rums from which the colour that came from the oak casks is removed using a special filtration process. It is in the premium white rum category based on the high percentage of aged rums in the blend unlike standard white rums made from fresh ‘1 distillates. It has a pleasant aroma and extremely smooth taste, mellow and crisp on the palate.
